Our Mission
At our core, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, authentic working relationships to individuals striving to unlock their potential in personal, professional, and/or performative realms. Through ongoing collaborative meetings, individuals working with our providers will be able to learn more about themselves, their relationships to others, and their relationship to the world at large. We strive to see individuals within the complexity of their identities and understand the multiple contexts their lives may be embedded.

Our Approach

Our providers emphasize a collaborative relationship to determine what will work best for you in pursuing your goals of health, wellness, and performance. Often, an integrated approach that weaves various techniques or styles of intervention can be the most adaptable based on the current needs of the individual.
