Dr. Corinne Duffy Strode

Dr. Corinne Duffy Strode, PsyD, LPC

(She/Her)

Corinne works with a wide range of presenting problems but has a particular interest in supporting those with disordered eating, body image concerns, sport and performance, anxiety-related disorders, interpersonal concerns, and those navigating life transitions. She has provided individual and group therapy, in a variety of settings, including hospital outpatient clinics, community mental health, private practices, and college counseling centers.

She graduated from the University of Denver with her Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology and her Master of Arts (M.A.) in Sport and Performance Psychology. She recently completed an APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship with the University of North Carolina (UNC) at Chapel Hill, Counseling Center, providing psychotherapy to college students.

Corinne works to build a collaborative relationship with her clients to create a safe, non-judgmental space. She uses an integrative and individualized approach to psychotherapy informed by interpersonal, strengths-based, cognitive-behavioral, emotion focused, and relational frameworks. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in the mountains with her pup and partner, listening to live music, reading, and traveling.
