(She/Her)

Co-Founder, Co-Owner

My approach begins with creating a safe, affirming, and authentic therapeutic alliance with my clients. I then work collaboratively with clients to identify what types of goals and supports they need and to move toward their valued actions and positive gains. I utilize integrative therapeutic strategies that include cognitive-behavioral, affective, experiential, and mindfulness-based techniques, which I tailor to client’s unique concerns. I also endeavor to understand clients’ identities, culture, and personal narratives deeply so that clients feel truly seen and respected in therapy.

I have expertise in working on symptoms of anxiety, mood, relational concerns, attachment, identity formation, and trauma. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and I have considerable experience working with young adults and adults. I also particularly welcome clients who would like to address intersectional identity concerns and/or have LGBTQIA+ backgrounds and are seeking a social-justice informed lens for their therapy.

I completed my B.A. at Bryn Mawr College where I majored in Psychology and minored in Education. I completed my Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology at Pacific University’s School of Graduate Psychology. During my graduate studies, I trained in community mental health and medical settings. I completed my internship year at Keene State College’s counseling center and my postdoctoral fellowship at Boston College’s university counseling services. Since becoming licensed I have worked in generalist private practices and I am currently licensed as a clinical psychologist in the state of Colorado and credentialed for telehealth practice through PsyPact.

On a personal level, I was born in the Boston area and moved to Colorado upon completing my studies. I love the outdoors and am an avid hiker and rock climber. I have recently become a mother (of a human child) and am also a dog-mom. When not at work, I love spending time with my family and friends in nature. I also love listening to, and strumming along with, folk and pop music and doing crosswords in my downtime.
